The hotel could improve on its customer care skills. In one review, a female guest with a disability felt neglected and judged when staff directed her to a dark and dingy entrance late at night.

The location felt unsafe for walking to and from the hotel in the evening. There were no restaurants or shops nearby, so we had to rely on the hotel restaurant for food.
